Broken Bay Bridge

The Bay Bridge toll plaza sits empty after pieces of the bridge's support mechanism fell on the upper deck during the afternoon commute.

The suspension span of the Bay Bridge into San Francisco is deserted after a rod snapped on the cantilever section -- forcing officials to close the bridge down indefinitely.

Nice 'shot,' and must've been a copter pilot that got the camera man this point of view.

...then, I didn't read the AP story 'bout the copter and plane colliding.

There are a few things I really don't want to know.

Yet, does that mean I don't want to learn?

OR VISA VERSA?

Guess so.

You know in my neck of the woods...the Government has built a pink palace and a heavily reinforced jailhouse...

Then right across Union Street there's a college that seems to be going to pot.

Sure does make a person wonder what it's all worth in the long run.

Guess it amounts to a heap of Swine Flu....

LOL

From this perspective the lights seem pretty bright...wonder who's really paying for them?

Dang, bridges...might be good not to burn them.
